![]() Yona, unfortunately, does not do this as well as female lead in Akagami (her name escapes me). You don't need to fight a king who killed your father to be strong, you just need to step out of your comfort zone and accomplish things your own way. She does not pick up a bow but rather herbs. In Akagami, on the other hand, is strong in a more subtle way. ![]() Every arc ends with her being rescued in one way or another. She is always aided by the other dragons. Yes, she picks up a bow and arrow, and yes, she heals plenty of citizens with her caring ways, but, she has never once reached the end of a goal by herself before. Yona, the main character, is CONSTANTLY being saved from foes by the 5 (#check) other male characters. I am unsure of where the "disagree" button is but I felt as if I needed to add this.Īlthough both female mains have red hair and go through so exile, the delivery of feminine power is sqewed in Yona of the Dawn. ![]()
